Fantastic expertise, personal touch

Richard looked after our house sale and has been super efficient from start to finish. He’s very warm and friendly and has tons of expertise from years in the business. Every time we had a question or concern, he’s been right on it, even sorting things that were outside of his ‘official’ remit. He was spot on with his valuation and we sold very quickly. It has been refreshing to deal with someone who takes ownership and treats you as a human rather than a commission. Highly recommend!

Richard was not professional in our dealings with him. In a long chain it took 8 months from offer to move and he was absent for so much of the time that I negotiated a commission discount after four months. He readily agreed because he had not given us any service; what he did not then have to do was to ignore us as he had before. An immature Whatsapp comment when we finally moved rounded off a terrible service of a very long move process. My name is Clive Farrow and Richard knows exactly who I am. Avoid.

Richard at first was great at 1st . Then we had a few problems on the way. And he was a nightmare texting him was taking hours to get back to us, and sometimes he didn’t even even reply. personally, myself and my partner think he takes on too much for one man would I use him again no way. would I recommend him to anyone no?
