We have recently used Richard at Miles Byron to sell our home, At every stage throughout the process Richard has been INCREDIBLE. There is no such thing as a stupid question, with Richard - he is always (and I mean, always) available to discuss anything with you regarding the sale of your property, no matter what time it is. He constantly keeps in touch (not in a badgering way!) with you - notifying you of what is on the market, as well as any updates on your sale. It makes it even easier that he is one of the loveliest people you can meet! He has endless industry knowledge which he can share, when asked (he doesn’t force it down your throat!). I contacted Richard - Miles and Byron from Australia regarding a virtual valuation of my UK property two weeks ago. Richard always goes extra miles such as goes out of his office hours times and emails me no Matter what time off the day it is he will find me properties that are not listed with him as well which I love about this estate agent.
