Richard has been amazing! I first met Richard when viewing a property that was on the market with him. Despite not buying that property, Richard continued to send me properties (most not even being sold by him!) and that has enabled me to find somewhere to buy. I must say it is so hard to find such an efficient,honest estate agent. Richard always goes extra mile to help his clients. The customer experience is outstanding . He always responded to my texts,calls even if it was out of office hours. He understood my requirements and kept me informed on properties which matched my search criteria. I was new to the area and didn’t know where to start. But , Richard took care of that for me. He recommended areas which are family friendly and properties which are suitable for my criteria. We have recently used Richard at Miles Byron to sell our home, At every stage throughout the process Richard has been INCREDIBLE. There is no such thing as a stupid question, with Richard - he is always (and I mean, always) available to discuss anything with you regarding the sale of your property, no matter what time it is. He constantly keeps in touch (not in a badgering way!) with you - notifying you of what is on the market, as well as any updates on your sale. It makes it even easier that he is one of the loveliest people you can meet! He has endless industry knowledge which he can share, when asked (he doesn’t force it down your throat!). The only sad part of meeting Richard, is that the property has now sold, so we won’t have a reason to call anymore! An absolute gem!
