Richard communicated really well and was very accommodating and patient for my visits, giving me plenty of time and space but also being on hand to answer questions as needed. He was also very available outside of visits which I greatly appreciated. Richard was a pleasure to deal with from first phone call through to the final completion. Setting a realistic price and taking amazing photos that were so much better than other agents we have used previously, really accentuating the space and scale of the property. He set up 10 viewings on launch date which generated multiple offers. Also the mortgage adviser he recommended was an absolute star. All in all Richard offers so much knowledge and experience and is very easy to deal with. A very friendly person, we would highly recommend Miles Byron to anyone.
