I contacted Richard at Miles Byron in the New Year as I was looking to sell my home. I was drawn to Richard as a potential agent due to the wonderful review on offer by previous clients. Richard quickly arranged an appointment to meet me and review my home and discuss my wishes, he offered a fair and sensible price in line the current market and following agreement was able to return promptly to take photographs and get my home listed on the market. My home went up for sale on the 10th January 2026 and it an offer was made and accepted by 23rd January 2026 from ideal buyers with no chain as I needed a quick move due to personal circumstances with a timeline of the end of April as the ideal. I have today exchanged and due to complete on the sale on 5th May 2026. Huge thank you to Richard for such a seamless process and securing me the best price possible.
