The agent who made the initial contact came to see me and the property within a few days. He was knowledgeable about the locality and the rent that could be achieved. He organised multiple viewings with prospective tenants, and co-ordinated access with the outgoing tenant. The shortlist was well presented with pros and cons of each applicant. Once the tenant had been notified Home Finders dealt with all the admin, so the vacant period was only one week. This put pressure on me to undertake some minor maintenance tasks in time for the new tenants to move in
