I own a property which Swindon Home Finders (mis)manage. I have had a series of vastly inflated invoices for repairs. £252 to fix a toilet which was eventually carried out for £75! They may be great for tenants but certainly do not look after property owners. They need to do better and manage the properties they rent or they will lose their asset.
