Hello, I was dealing with a gentleman called Joe Carpenter. He was very helpful and full of friendly good advice. With most letting agents once you’re “in” the property they would normally go quite and move on to the next sale, but with Joe he has always been there to help with any issues and he is very approachable. When the next time comes when I need a letting/estate agent I can promise you I will not be calling anyone else. 10 out of 10 for Joe from me! He puts the meaning in “going above and beyond”
