We were recomended to use Smiths and although we were suprised we had to pay extra for the photos and video they were of a very high quality being done by a professional photographer so were worth the extra.Tom Edmunds marketed our property and was friendly , reliable and efficient throughout . A whatsapp group was set up to always keep us updated with information and Janine was excellent in the admin side of the process often chasing up other parties for us. Would highly recommend using Smiths estate agents .
