Smiths have just sold our home. It hasn't been without problems with chains breaking down etc , but this problem highlighted how efficient they are in all dealings with seller and purchaser . Our viewings were conducted by Daf who was so professional as were all staff at Smiths, Janine took over then as she handles it all ,once it was sold subject to contract , She has kept us in the loop all along . I cannot stress enough how thorough she is and has kept me sane through it all . I would recommend Smiths to anyone who is looking for an agent to sell their home. . They are not the cheapest but definitely the best and you certainly get what you pay for !
