In the past year of house viewings we’ve dealt with a lot of estate agents, many of which could barely be bothered to call us half the time and we felt passed from pillar to post speaking to a different agent each time we called. A fairly low bar, but Dafs at Smiths could not be more different. He listened to what we were looking for and was hard-working, friendly, responsive, and helpful in alerting us to suitable properties. The marketing is next to none and the houses we viewed had obviously been advised brilliantly as most looked like show homes. I truly think Smiths are head and shoulders above the rest here in Gower.
