I've bought a couple of properties through Smiths and had Ben Woods as the estate agent both times. He was excellent throughout both of the purchases, extremely professional and on the ball. I can't recommend him highly enough. Now both Hywel and Emma from the lettings department manage the properties and they have both been brilliant. Really go above and beyond to deliver great service.
