Very Pleasant and Informative...... Today we could complete our first house purchase through Smiths Estate agency and the team (Dav Smiths & Janine) at Swansea. Staff is very welcoming, during house viewing Dav provided with most of the the details as much as possible beyond our expectations very patiently rather completing viewing appointment in 10 minutes like we experienced with others and answered all the queries (new buyers usually have) which is given a confidence to proceed further with the property purchase. This is the first appointment with Smiths and the best over the 10's of other appointments we had experienced over 8 months with others.
