I had booked someone in for a valuation on Friday at 2pm. I was around all afternoon and no one showed up. Not even a phone call. I called the office around 4pm and their manned answer service said someone would call me back. I am yet to receive a phone call. Shockingly bad service.

Judge made statement to my landords: They could not deny anymore as there was a genuine Disrepair on their property and that there was a high probability of damage to the claimant's property! Swansea Belvoir and landlords denied and lied up until the very end - all as rotten as that nasty bathroom. I knew I would never get justice but at least I got it verified I was telling the truth. Record the contractors. Contractor said what is the landlord hiding face to face and on the phone to family member then said opposite in report written 2 years after encounter. Lied! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SWANSEA BELVOIR! 4 months of hell with this letting agency!!! Told by the property manager Julie Salter (more like the office barmaid)- the condemned mold under the bath is just a bit of NATURE, a bit of Nay-cha, nay- CHA!! (said in a chavy derogatory way) and told by the same backward women, I can get a spray! She also tried to use the contractor as muscle! before thanking me for my due diligence reporting the serious mold issue on the property. This is what you get with Belvoir: Dog fouling and their excuse is they don't manage the property but they are the property managers They are satisfied the property was cleaned, even though the new tenant highlights they were on their hands and knees the first night and the basin water was black after each area. Finding previous tenants dirty knickers, sanitary towels, hair wax strips and they are satisfied with their clean. Don't believe see the proof for yourself. Good first impressions and from there shop of horrors. Received none stop insulting emails and the best part instructed to use a spray! for a genuine disrepair matter as noted by a judge! Also Emma Penhallurick you are pathetic. The judge ruled a genuine disrepair. Look in the mirror and make note you had the opportunity to put this mess right and you choose to look the other way. I hold you more responsible than the rotten landlords as your role is to do what is best for BOTH landlord(s) and tenent(s). Time for you to look in the mirror! Offered £50 gift voucher for genuine desrepair and genuine personal injury caused by desrepair at property.

Contacted this estate agent via their online enquiry service asking for a valuation, contacted by them and arranged an appointment for today at 3pm. Cancelled my last job of the day to be able to make the appointment, being self employed this cost me. The agent did not show up, did not phone, thanks for alienating a customer and making us feel worthless and putting us out of pocket due to your either incompetence or disrespect.

HOMEOWNERS AND LANDLORDS BEWARE... YOU ARE LOOSING MONEY DUE TO THIS AGENT NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE OR REPLYING TO EMAILS.

We have checked the system and can see that one of the Lettings team left a voicemail for you at 8.40am on the 12th June and then subsequently spoke to you later that day at 3.48pm. We are averaging 35 rental applications per property so the team are working very hard to get back to each enquiry although response times can be slower in peak Summer months. Awful, terrible service! I have been trying to book viewing of a property that looks appropriate for my family for the whole day - I phoned all their phone numbers without any response but autoreply, I filled the online form on their website, then repeatedly contacted with their chat-bot/ someone called Lily on their website, but the only answer was that they knew my contact details and one of their staff would give me a callback ASAP! Still no sign of that “ASAP” by the end of the day. Not recommended, not even a little, for anyone wants to let a property! Zero stars

Impossible to receive a response other than automated emails, can't even leave a voicemail. Went to the office and the lady told us she was heading out so we would have to come back without even so much as a 'hello'. Explained that we had tried contacting several times so she finally took our details with a promise to contact the following Monday. Didn't hear back again so visited later that week to ask if there was an update. While she was apologetic, she didn't remember where she had noted our contact information and wrote it down again saying there were a lot of interest in the property. We were told they would get in touch with everyone for viewings once the current tenants move out but haven't heard anything in 2 weeks. They should at least send an email to say the property has been let out but it's just radio silence. We understand demand is high and it's busy, but we've never experienced such poor service from any other estate agency. Will not be considering any properties advertised by this company as it's pointless. ***Edit: Their response to the review is unhelpful. We contacted them through every channel possible, including their forms. They talk about increased demand and coping with the influx, but haven't found this issue with other estate agents.***

It is for this reason that we have invested in our automated systems in order to allow all applicants a reasonable opportunity to put forward their details via an online form, prior to requesting a viewing. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to all those that have not completed the form, simply due to the volume. For those that have taken the time to complete their details, we do aim to respond either way to notify whether or not you have been successful. In addition, there sometimes can be restrictions on us getting in to view properties that are already occupied. If I could give them a 0 star review I would. Easily the worst letting agents I have ever used, had to suffer using them for 2 years with no help across the board. Rude staff that don’t give any answers, mould throughout the property that we rented which was just covered by paint before we moved in, they then refused to believe the property had any and we had to fight for 6 months to get it finally sorted, but this was only fixed after we reported this to environmental health and they finally pulled their finger out even after we told them that my partner suffers with mould related illnesses. My partner actually posted about this issue on the uplands and Brynmill community page, where you can still find the post now, even though the admin told us that belvoir tried to join this group in order to get the post removed. We were told after moving in by an agent that our landlord doesn’t respond very often, so things will take a a while, which is obviously unacceptable. We have moved out of that property 4 weeks ago today and only today been told that there will be deductions from our deposit, but still with no evidence to back up why any deductions are being made to begin with. To prove my point, the agent over the phone told us there was food debris in the sink and that they will deduct money for this, attached is the picture they’ve used to say there is debris. I hope people are actually reading this and they never chose to use belvoir as an agents, because I know I won’t,

This is the worst letting agency in the United Kingdom, I live in their Swansea property and they are very horrible and are of no help, they just ask for the rent and if anything happens while you’re the the property they would pay no attention
