Belvoir was employed on a Finders Fee only basis and very quickly found suitable tenants, undertook references and completed the Contract. Their marketing was excellent and the property was shown at its very best on all the main sites. I did however find it disconcerting that I had not I knew so little about the tenants and was not shown the outcome of references, or whom they had contacted, before the contract was signed on my behalf. This aside, I found the service good, Arwel was very professional and knowledgable and I would use them again.

Joel from Belvoir had an excellent attitude in assisting us to navigate through the process of viewing and finally renting the property we were interested in. He was patient in dealing with our queries and was also very accommodating. I would do business with Belvoir again in the future.

Joel kept me in the loop throughout the process of finding and confirming the new tenant.

Everything was dealt with very professionally and pleasantly by Arwel. Communication was clear and frequent, I didn't ever feel like I was in the dark. The only thing I would have suggested is using Word form fields on the forms I was sent. Having multiple full stops to indicate a field to fill becomes very tedious. You can have functional tick-boxes and drop-down menus etc. Other than that everything was great. I had been renting a Studio Apartment through Belvoir for 4 years and my experience with them was quite satisfactory. Privacy is one of the most important things in general, and when it comes to people accessing a person's home in particular. A known problem, among students, that is, with UK letting agencies is that if the tenant reports a problem, chances are that her request not to access the property in her absence will be ignored. That has not happened during my interaction with Belvoir and it has always been something I appreciated as it did not deter me from reporting problems. Belvoir's agents are always polite and never rude (there is a polite way to be rude, after all). As an agency, they follow procedures and do try not to engage the tenant more than necessary. I would only advise any tenant to be as meticulous as possible in following procedures: Do report problems, do keep an inventory - photos - since, they will; at their 8hour work while you have to do it in your extra time, but that's the way things are. Provided the tenant behaves and collaborates nicely, he can expect Belvoir's agents to be as helpful as their job description allows them to be.

Very patience and helpful staff. "Motivated" is the word I'd use.
