Judge made statement to my landords: They could not deny anymore as there was a genuine Disrepair on their property and that there was a high probability of damage to the claimant's property! Swansea Belvoir and landlords denied and lied up until the very end - all as rotten as that nasty bathroom. I knew I would never get justice but at least I got it verified I was telling the truth. Record the contractors. Contractor said what is the landlord hiding face to face and on the phone to family member then said opposite in report written 2 years after encounter. Lied! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SWANSEA BELVOIR! 4 months of hell with this letting agency!!! Told by the property manager Julie Salter (more like the office barmaid)- the condemned mold under the bath is just a bit of NATURE, a bit of Nay-cha, nay- CHA!! (said in a chavy derogatory way) and told by the same backward women, I can get a spray! She also tried to use the contractor as muscle! before thanking me for my due diligence reporting the serious mold issue on the property. This is what you get with Belvoir: Dog fouling and their excuse is they don't manage the property but they are the property managers They are satisfied the property was cleaned, even though the new tenant highlights they were on their hands and knees the first night and the basin water was black after each area. Finding previous tenants dirty knickers, sanitary towels, hair wax strips and they are satisfied with their clean. Don't believe see the proof for yourself. Good first impressions and from there shop of horrors. Received none stop insulting emails and the best part instructed to use a spray! for a genuine disrepair matter as noted by a judge! Also Emma Penhallurick you are pathetic. The judge ruled a genuine disrepair. Look in the mirror and make note you had the opportunity to put this mess right and you choose to look the other way. I hold you more responsible than the rotten landlords as your role is to do what is best for BOTH landlord(s) and tenent(s). Time for you to look in the mirror!
