Louise Davies at Belvoir, Sketty was our main point of contact when my sister and I were tasked with selling our late mothers home. She was efficient, effective and played the role I'd expect of an estate agents. Whilst I don't live in her branch area, if I had cause to rent and buy a property in SA1/SA2 etc - then she would be my first point of contact - particularly having been out of buying and selling for nearly two decades, during which a lot has changed.
