As a FTB, buying a house marketed by Belvoir was very straightforward and I could not have asked for a better estate agent. Terry went above and beyond, scheduling a very last minute first viewing, being refreshingly open and honest about other viewings booked in, offering me a second viewing and even a pre-completion viewing at a moment’s notice. He is knowledgeable, approachable and expertly facilitated the process with ease, chasing solicitors when needed and checking in regularly. His communication was great throughout.
