Mellissa was brilliant from the first contact all the way up to the final contract signing, regular emails and updates to keep us in the know! My only issue is a passed problem that they seem to have fixed, I had tried multiple times in the past to get viewings and never received any communication, I tried for 3/4 properties back in 2023. Just happy they have now got it all sorted and we had a really smooth process.
Terrie our agent has been amazing, from valuation to viewings took 4 days. I would rate him 100 stars, very professional, pleasant and has made our journey as 1st time sellers a great experience. Belvoir did a great job selling our house. We had a few offers that unfortunately fell through initially but managed to secure an offer so we could move into our desired house that we had seen for while quickly. They worked very hard for us to get this done and we couldn’t fault any of the staff. They were all friendly, approachable and offered sound advice when needed.
