I can not rate the professionalism of Julie Salter highly enough. She has been amazing. She works tirelessly to ensure that any problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. We love that she keeps us updated with information and is very patient with any request. She is a genuinely lovely person and we can’t thank her enough.

Amazing service and a lesson to all other agents
The Belvoir team were absolutely amazing managing through the sale of our property in Dunvant. It was a tricky sale with us not being around. The team took care of everything. Went above and beyond. And were very targeted in finding the right buyer for us. We exchanged and completed within a couple of weeks of the offer being agreed. All managed by Belvoir. Next level service and an example set to all other agents we've worked with over the years. Couldn't be happier.

Wonderful letting experience.
Mellissa was brilliant from the first contact all the way up to the final contract signing, regular emails and updates to keep us in the know! My only issue is a passed problem that they seem to have fixed, I had tried multiple times in the past to get viewings and never received any communication, I tried for 3/4 properties back in 2023. Just happy they have now got it all sorted and we had a really smooth process.

Terrie our agent has been amazing, from valuation to viewings took 4 days. I would rate him 100 stars, very professional, pleasant and has made our journey as 1st time sellers a great experience. Friendly staff
Belvoir did a great job selling our house. We had a few offers that unfortunately fell through initially but managed to secure an offer so we could move into our desired house that we had seen for while quickly. They worked very hard for us to get this done and we couldn’t fault any of the staff. They were all friendly, approachable and offered sound advice when needed. Thank you so much for everyone involved and a special mention to Louise who pushed through for us at the end.
