Success from a tricky situation

Louise and Jackie did an excellent job of holding what should have been a short and simple chain together to a successful conclusion for all. Part of the problem was caused by a storm derived leak to our roof and the agents did an excellent job of keeping the deal alive and encouraging everyone to keep going. Well I have read all the reviews on here all good but we contacted Belvoir about coming to view our property to put on the market for sale left our details nobody contacted us back very disappointed

I had booked someone in for a valuation on Friday at 2pm. I was around all afternoon and no one showed up. Not even a phone call. I called the office around 4pm and their manned answer service said someone would call me back. I am yet to receive a phone call. Shockingly bad service.
