Well I have read all the reviews on here all good but we contacted Belvoir about coming to view our property to put on the market for sale left our details nobody contacted us back very disappointed
The judge confirmed there was genuine disrepair at my rental property, despite Swansea Belvoir and the landlords denying it until the end. A contractor even contradicted his own earlier statements years later. Not being funny but the said I needed to give them more time. Sure looking down at the black tenent - was not fooled what really happened. For four months I dealt with severe mould, dirt, and a property nowhere near the standard they claimed. I was repeatedly dismissed—told the condemned mould was “just a bit of nature” and that I should “get a spray.” I also received unhelpful, insulting communication throughout. Belvoir Swansea considered the place “clean” despite dog fouling, black water when cleaning, and used sanitury towels left from previous tenants, stuffed behind radiator. The manager had multiple chances to put things right and didn’t. In the end, I was offered just a £50 voucher despite confirmed disrepair and personal injury.
I had booked someone in for a valuation on Friday at 2pm. I was around all afternoon and no one showed up. Not even a phone call. I called the office around 4pm and their manned answer service said someone would call me back. I am yet to receive a phone call. Shockingly bad service.
Contacted this estate agent via their online enquiry service asking for a valuation, contacted by them and arranged an appointment for today at 3pm. Cancelled my last job of the day to be able to make the appointment, being self employed this cost me. The agent did not show up, did not phone, thanks for alienating a customer and making us feel worthless and putting us out of pocket due to your either incompetence or disrespect.
