Success from a tricky situation

Louise and Jackie did an excellent job of holding what should have been a short and simple chain together to a successful conclusion for all. Part of the problem was caused by a storm derived leak to our roof and the agents did an excellent job of keeping the deal alive and encouraging everyone to keep going.
