Well what can I say Angie and team are one of the most professional and exceptional caring Estate Agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I am so pleased that the Letting side of the business is now back up and running with a very experienced team who go above and beyond to make the whole process so easy, which takes away all the stress of getting the right tenant. I now live in Uttoxeter and I needed to let a room out in my house, there was only one company I could only trust and it had to be the lovely Angie and her team. I was introduced to Anna who heads up the Lettings team and was impressed with her knowledge and expertise and how she explained everything in detail. Within a week of them taking on my property they found me the perfect tenant. They are very thorough and very cautious with the application process, I never realised with letting a room in my own house the electrical and Gas Safety checks had to be adhered to.
