So about 3 months into our 6 month tenancy and so far everything has been positive. After breaking out of a dreadful tenancy with a private landlord prior to this one, we were very anxious about moving so quickly into a new property. Really, we just wanted a good professional agency and Dawsons looked like a good bet. The properties we viewed were all kept to a high standard and were very clean with nice touches, and initial phonecalls were really pleasant. From the start, Alex has taken care of us and has been extremely helpful. We've had no hesitations or anxiety when approaching with questions throughout, from during the initial viewing to actually living here. He is very open and relaxed, and nothing is too troublesome for him to solve. The contract was clear, professionally written, and the online process to sort the deposit and signatures was quick and easy. The mid-term inspection was quick and professional and the gentleman who took care of that was also very friendly indeed. Communication throughout has been really good - both written and verbal. Overall, the company appears to serve both the tenant and the landlord in a very respectable and equal manner, which is exactly how it should be. This is shown in their willingness to fix issues as soon as possible and their organised way of doing business. So far, it has been worth it - a very people-focused company. Take a look at this agency if you want professionalism and respect - they seem to have a lot of pride in their work, and everyone we have dealt with so far has been super friendly.
