Martin & Co are definitely better than a lot of other Estate Agents we have dealt with. Steven is very knowledgable and experienced. We were first time buyers and he gave us some really helpful advice along the way. He was always there for us, at the end of the phone or email. Conor was also very accommodating and helpful. Martin and co acted for me as both a letting agent and recently selling agent. With regard to the letting they were very efficient, found tenants quickly who stayed for nearly two years. Most recently they acted as selling agents and handled this very efficiently if not .Always helpful and will try and help. The staff, particularly Steve Eustration and Conor were very polite, knowledgeable, and keen to help. Would use them again, letting rates reasonable selling fees a bit toppybut they performed.
