Conor and Steven have been marvellous and managed what several other local larger Estate Agents promised but couldn’t deliver: Martin & Co speak to you, they answer the phone, they tackle the tricky issues (of which there were several in this case). Conor, what a terrific young man, really worked steadfastly to find a buyer and monitor this sale through to completion. Honestly couldn’t have asked for more and I’m delighted that the weight of all this has finally been taken of my shoulders. I would only use Martin & Co in the Sutton and Cheam area because believe me I tried the rest and wish I hadn’t wasted my time. Thank you for everything, Lisa

The entire team at Martin & Co, Sutton Etate Agents are wonderful people to work with! Steven Eustration and Gianluca Formica in particular have been very supportive throughout the entire selling process. Steven took the time out to meet with me at my flat over a weekend and gave me some very factual information about the market condition by the end of last year. He managed to reason with me to lower my asking price to a more realistic one that suited the current market conditions and within 6 weeks had found me a serious buyer. Having had my property on the market with another sales agent for 12 months, this blew me away! Gianluca had to deal with all my meltdowns and stresses throughout the entire process as well. He was very understanding and personable. They were both very patience and helpful, especially when I almost pulled out of the deal.
