Very good experience with this estate agent, from Steven Eustration's initial visit to the property, through the marketing process, the open days held, and up to the final sale. The only delay was the Probate, where Steven's estimate of how long that process would take was a lot closer to reality than the Probate Offices website. All in all very satisfied, and would happily recommend to other potential sellers in the Stonecot Hill locality.

To be honest, I did not really understand quite what estate agents do for their fees, and know that they have not always received the best coverage in the media. However, from my first interaction with Steven Eustration at Martin & Co, right through the entire property sale process, I have been extremely impressed by their attention to detail and help in what turned out to be a very challenging sale, and I now understand that they are underappreciated and undervalued! Dealing with the probate sale of your parents' property whilst living over an hour away, during lockdown, and holding down a full time job was always going to be very challenging - add in numerous legal and procedural issues, and the entire situation could well have been a nightmare. However, Steven's help and intervention - particularly in acting as a communications conduit between the executors, buyers and three sets of solicitors - was key in ensuring that the sale went through as smoothly and quickly as it possibly could have. I cannot recommend Martin & Co at Stonecot Hill highly enough, and Steven Eustration in particular, to any other potential buyers and / or sellers.
