Me and my partner decided to look for our first flat together mid august so 1st step we looked on comparative websites. This fortuitously led us to Surrey/Sutton Martin & Co's agent Conor Mustoe. Long story short he was able to secure us our perfect 2 bed for a reasonable price in Tadworth, the property though privately owned by the landlord is managed (extraordinarily well) by the afore named company. Conor was bright, receptive and kind; never condescending considering our lack of experience and 'silly' questions and even advocated for me, OH and our son over arguably a better candidate for the flat because in his words 'It's his job to make the best matched tenants to landlords and properties', I've never met an estate agent so considerate. Conor communicated with us more as a friend than someone we were paying that to be honest I could have paid double the very reasonable fees and it would still have been worth it. We moved in a week after seeing the property and have never been so happy. To cap it off Conor and Martin&co found us a home not just a flat, forever obliged to this company.
