Steven Eustration of Martin & Co Sutton Surrey handled the sale of our fathers house. As we haven’t used an estate agent in many years we’re not in a position to make any comparisons but I would not hesitate in recommending Steven to someone wishing to sell their house in this area. From initial contact to completion Steven was able to keep us abreast of all that was occurring. He assisted with preparation of the house prior to it being put on the market, importantly he was able to recommend both house cleaning and clearance companies who both performed an excellent job. Steven handled all the house viewing whilst keeping us up to date on comments and responses from the potential buyers. Once an offer had been made he liaised between us and the buyer very effectively. Finally as the sale neared completion Steven managed to keep everything moving in the very rapid schedule between exchange and completion dates.
