This was my first time dealing with Madley and I had taken a chance as I had never heard of them nor received any feedback or word of mouth regarding them. However, we were lucky enough to have Zamir as our agent and POC. He was probably one of the best real estate agents we have dealt with. He does not hold the typical “agency” traits that put people off such as being too pushy or hasty. He is very patient, communicative, understanding and really knowledgeable. I would highly recommend engaging with Zamir to any first time buyer like ourselves.

Tonte Bo Douglas has been very helpful ever since we moved into our flat. At first we thought everything is going to be a hassle since most property management departments are very unreliable and slow but I'm very happy to say every non urgent issue we've had has been dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. Natalie was able to understand what my colleague and I wanted from the start of our property search. She was able to recommend another property after the original one we wanted had already been let. Which turned out to be the one! She made the process so easy and checked in with us to make sure we were getting everything we needed when the process was passed onto another agent.

I approached Madley relating to a property I wished to rent. Despite the landlord refusing to accept a few of my offers Natalie continued to help me in the matter. She was patient despite the landlord being a little bit tricky and continued to provided me with good advice which eventually contributed to an offer being accepted by the landlord. Natalie was extremely friendly and I felt no hesitation in approaching her whenever I had queries. Her willingness to help made what is usually a stressful process much more pleasant.

I had been looking for a property in London for a few weeks and had seen many properties and estate agents.
