In summary my experience with Madley has been just great. Since the moment Matt visited me to do the valuation until the flat was handed over to the new tenants. Matt together with Natalie and Rojda were great at keeping me informed of every step of the process. As a first time Landlord they were able to answer every question I had and were always available for me.
