Being a University Student looking for a new place, I was initially very sceptical about the Tenancy Process and was worried that it would be a tedious and complicated affair. Fortunately, Carmen, the agent I worked with, quashed all those fears comprehensively. Instantly responsive and incredibly friendly, she not only eased me into the process but ensured every step took place in a timely and efficient manner. Furthermore, she was always willing to lend a hand with the property even in matters that fell outside her area of expertise. Most importantly however, her enthusiasm was infectious and she made me feel like a valued customer. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new property in London.
