Chestersons have been incredible in helping us find a new home, but we wanted to directly mention Natalie Ewans. Natalie has been beyond helpful in helping us secure our flat. We initially didn't even have a viewing booked, but were in the area with alternative estate agents and flats to see. After a quick call after seeing the flat online, she met us only 20 minutes later and took us to see the flat, which we fell in love with and a week later signed. During this process Natalie then helped us with the inventory, contract and ID verification to speed up the process, as my partner was starting his new job that week - alongside all other enquires we had regarding the flat, and even checked in on us to make sure we were happy.
