We have just purchased a house through them, and Natalie has been brilliant throughout. Very helpful, very communicative and always easy to contact. She's worked really hard to get our purchase completed, and has gone above and beyond to deal with a few issues which arose with great good humour. She is completely unflappable and an absolutely lovely person.

My experience with Natalie has been amazing. I don’t know how Natalie did it but she made the whole process of getting our amazing new place a DREAM. And it was so fast and easy, I have worked with agents back in Hong Kong in the past and they don’t even come close.
