I bought my house through Duncan Yeardley in 2007 and have rented it out through them over the last couple of years. Great estate agents with very knowledgable letting staff, Maureen in particular, who look out for both landlord and tenant and provide an excellent service.

We completed a purchase through Duncan Yeardley in early December and I have to say after a rocky start of being strung along for a while and not communicated the right information through an estate agent who I believe is no longer with the company Lucy stepped in and saved the day.She was fantastic and kept in constant contact with us. Lucy Morrison was the most helpful estate agent I have ever dealt with. Nothing was too much for her to do and without Lucy our entire process of selling a house would have taken twice as long!
