We used Duncan Yiedley to sell our property in the Crown Wood area and they were fantastic from start to finish. We found a property we wanted to buy before listing our own and therefore were in a rush to sell. Viewings were arranged by them prior to the listing going live and the property sold for the full asking price within 2 days. The staff are all very professional, honest and great communicators which put us at ease. The whole process has been relatively stress free, largely due to the excellent work Lucy does in chasing the chain and ensuring everyone does what they need to in order to complete swiftly.
