The employees at Duncan Yeardley - in particular Danielle, are really knowledgeable and really listened to the key requirements we were looking for in a property. With this in mind we only ever received email notifications of properties that were suited to our requirements which from my perspective saved us a lot of time. When we found the property we wanted the team - in particular Pamela, were really helpful and made the process seamless.I can not recommend Duncan Yeardley enough, from start to finish they have been amazing and even now we are moved in they are great!

We were very happy with the service we got from Duncan Yeardley. They sold our property before it even got on Rightmove, and then when those buyers ended up pulling out (no fault at all of DY) they managed the whole thing very well and had already lined up new buyers by the time we were fully aware of the situation! The sale then went pretty smoothly and along the way they were always friendly, communicative, and helpful, never pushy - overall a much more positive experience than we've had with other estate agents. We would definitely recommend them!
