We purchased our home through Duncan Yeardley and were so impressed by their personal and professional service, we didn’t hesitate instructing them ten years on to sell our home.Our calls were always answered and we always dealt with Judy and Tom who were so very helpful and always had time for our calls. There was no being passed around a call centre as with other Agents.Once the sale had been agreed, COVID-19 and lockdown happened, all lines of communication were set up remotely and Gina, our Sales Progression contact, metaphorically held our hand and as best she could regularly reassured us. Due to solicitors having massive workloads due to the Stamp Duty holiday, the legal process progressed slower than expected. Gina was always on hand updating us quite often out of business hours. This young lady has been our comfort blanket going above and beyond. I suspect we only made it to exchange of Contracts because of Gina’s hard work.If I could, I would give 10 stars!Thank you all at Duncan Yeardley
