Not very helpful , feel like thy don’t care wouldn’t recommend them - prefer others estate agents who are more professional

I was not impressed at all by M Hodgson, requested a valuation with the intention of listing the property through his Estate Agency. He turned up late, had in my opinion a poor attitude and understanding of the area and then offered a Very Low valuation price. Obviously didn't get our business, the Estate Agent who did get the business arrived on time, knew the area well and offered an accurate valuation which we were happy with.

Unprofessional! Avoid!

Poor customer service!

As a purchaser with numerous agents across the north east I have not encountered the poor customer service than this agents. They maybe very good for clients but the wording of emails constant update request is not acceptable. This is 2 weeks 2 days into offer accepted!

The woman or lady I spoke was rude, impatient and ended call on me while I was still making inquiry at two different instances. I spoke to her between 9:15am and 9:30am. She showed zero level of professionalism and made fun of me over the phone. A NO to an inquiry can be said in a better way. Her reaction ruined my day and made me feel unwanted.

After putting the asking price for a property they then failed to contact us informing us that higher offers had been bid.

Thoroughly unimpressed with the service I have received. The woman me and my partner both spoke to on the phone on multiple occasions is possibly the rudest professional I have ever dealt with. So much so that it put us off buying the house we were interested in all together. From looking through other reviews I can see I’m not the only person to of said this too. I won’t be dealing with this estate agents again.
