Shockingly bad service Recently sold an apartment through them, they couldn’t get the first offer up at all even though £15k under asking Who offers under first offer and doesn’t expect to have it rejected and come up ? Then I literally heard nothing off them for months during the sale To top it off we have not actually heard off them the apartment sold last week and no thank you call, email or anything for giving them £3k in commission Yes they sold the apartment but being fair it was a very well priced apartment in Wilmslow which probably the easiest sale going Poor service and not even getting a call to say congratulations on your sale just shows they don’t care

Talked to the sales team already but they seemed less than interested. Lets save each other time and stick if a property is leasehold or freehold into the property information on rightmove like seemigly every other company. We were told Its in the description, the listing doesn't have 'lease' anywhere on it Its in the brochure, the brochure isn't on rightmove Its not our policy to show it Save us time either calling or routing through your website where the only place its mentioned is on the brocure.

Extremely disappointed in the service from Gascoine Halman in Wilmslow. Moved into a rental property rented through them in the town last week which was well below acceptable standard in terms of cleanliness and being ready for living in. Had to spend 3 days cleaning it to make it liveable and despite bring all these issues their attention, they have completely ignored us shocking customer service. Not even a phone call or an apology.

Aftercare is terrible that's all I can say

Absolutely dreadful experience. Staff lied to both us (buyer) and the sellers after they were late informing us the offer had been accepted, and doubled down rather than apologise after being caught out. They charged the sellers close to £4000 and did absolutely nothing. We did all the chasing, fixed all their mistakes, and they were utterly clueless throughout. They didn’t even know who had the keys. Avoid like the plague.

Rude & ignorant. I messaged to let them know of a property they are selling brand new roof tile came off as was raining heavy it would have caused damage internally. They did send someone out after I messaged but simply didn’t reply to me, no thanks, no manners, pure ignorance! Update: ironically after I left this review they blamed Facebook and decided to reply. Very unprofessional.

I was not impressed at all by M Hodgson, requested a valuation with the intention of listing the property through his Estate Agency. He turned up late, had in my opinion a poor attitude and understanding of the area and then offered a Very Low valuation price. Obviously didn't get our business, the Estate Agent who did get the business arrived on time, knew the area well and offered an accurate valuation which we were happy with.
