As soon as we contacted Michael Hodgson Estate Agents they were friendly and very responsive. Michael came round within a few hours to photograph and value the property. This meant as soon as we agreed the property could go on the market rather than waiting for an additional photographer. They constantly kept us updated and were extremely polite and accommodating about arranging viewings around us. Once the sale was agreed we got weekly updates and they chase solicitors on both sides. They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do in life and whilst this was definitely true for us, our experience was made less stressful by dealing with Lucy at the Wilmslow branch. Her professionalism was second to none. The purchase nearly fell through on a couple of occasions but Lucy really went to bat for us going over and above to ensure the purchase went ahead. The after sales service received was also fantastic. I can't recommend Gascoigne Halman enough and especially Lucy.
