Having utilised most estate agents in the local area, I can say based on experience these are the best. Reasons why? They always answer the phone or ring you back, be it for a viewing, a sale or a purchase. Open and honest. Gave weekly updates verbally and also bothered to chase other agents/solicitors and vendors. Even when I knew it was awkward as I was chasing the other parties daily at one point. The office are polite and friendly. When it got close to the move they were all over it daily and anticipated most of the concerns raised, always having an answer. if we ever move again (hopefully we won't) MH will be the first call made. Excellent service.
