When your very much interested in a property and call to enquire it's a little bit disappointing when you get through to a lady who is abrupt and had little patience in speaking to you over the phone when organising a viewing. Need courteous patience staff answering the phones.

I tried to let a property through this agent and was unable to speak to an agent, by the time I was able to get a response from someone I had already found out from another lettings agent that the property I was trying to let from Michael Hodgson was let weeks ago to someone else. Absolute waste of time.

Tried calling about 5 times but no answer

I have been in contact with this company for the last ten days trying to sort out a flat. I am out of the country and was emailed saying that I could book a flat but was taking a risk by booking it before I saw it. For me this wasn’t a problem and I wanted to go ahead and book it. While dealing with them, I had many questions, which is normal when booking a new place to live, but the staff just seemed to find this annoying and became more and more rude towards me. Since they sent the email saying I could book it, they are now saying it is company policy that I MUST see the flat before booking it. This is not what they told me before and they have now caused me a lot of trouble by doing this. I was also told that it would be best if I could send a friend to go and see the flat for me before booking it and I finally arranged this today, but then they have said that this isn’t possible, despite the fact that they told me to do it. Especially today they are rude and souend smug and sarcastic when talking to me. I also keep being switched to different agents to talk to and then they complained that I’ve spoken to most of the office, even though it’s only been two people. This has caused me so much trouble and I feel completely stressed out because of it.Now I have to wait till I'm back in Sunderland to view a flat before moving in, but only if they're still available.If a manager want to cantact me and help me sort this problem out please contact me.

If I could give one star I would. Norma was very unprofessional when I asked to view a property. I was told that bidding closing on Friday and I can't view the property before placing a bid. Three days before the bidding closes.
