Unprofessional! Avoid!

As a purchaser with numerous agents across the north east I have not encountered the poor customer service than this agents. They maybe very good for clients but the wording of emails constant update request is not acceptable. This is 2 weeks 2 days into offer accepted!

After putting the asking price for a property they then failed to contact us informing us that higher offers had been bid.

The woman or lady I spoke was rude, impatient and ended call on me while I was still making inquiry at two different instances. I spoke to her between 9:15am and 9:30am. She showed zero level of professionalism and made fun of me over the phone. A NO to an inquiry can be said in a better way. Her reaction ruined my day and made me feel unwanted.

Thoroughly unimpressed with the service I have received. The woman me and my partner both spoke to on the phone on multiple occasions is possibly the rudest professional I have ever dealt with. So much so that it put us off buying the house we were interested in all together. From looking through other reviews I can see I’m not the only person to of said this too. I won’t be dealing with this estate agents again.

Tried to make booking for a viewing today and the lady made me feel like it was a problem me even calling, I wonder if the vendors are aware how the staff make buyers feel when trying to book viewings, I told her that it didn’t matter and was sorry I even called

Dealing with Michael is an absolute nightmare. Terrible attitude and super aggressive. Too lazy to do anything to help his customers, just a name on a business card. Would not recommend at all.

It was awful dealing with this agency especially Michael the owner. Not professional, very aggressive and does not know what he’s talking about. Avoid at all cost. I would have given less than 1 star if possible.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
