They always answer the phone or ring you back, be it for a viewing, a sale or a purchase. Open and honest. Gave weekly updates verbally and also bothered to chase other agents/solicitors and vendors. Even when I knew it was awkward as I was chasing the other parties daily at one point.The office are polite and friendly.
