I am unsure where to start, the biggest thing I want to say is a massive thank you to all. I can't tell you how many times I have mentioned to my friends and colleagues how fantastic Lucy, James, Zoe and all the people involved in my dads move have been. We bought a house from a seller represented by Gascoigne Halman Wilmslow and were very pleased that they had appointed GH. The agent - Lucy - was instrumental in driving the transaction forward and was consistently across the details. She was very user friendly and really put me at ease; it was obvious that she knew exactly what she was doing. Would definitely recommend.

When it came to selling my father's house, I was given the names of 3 local agents by friends and neighbours. Since I did not live locally, I did not know much about any of them, and had to be guided by their initial reaction to my enquiry. After some deliberation, and delays due to Covid and then the legal process, I decided on GH, who I had found to be the most helpful, and approachable and understanding of the situation, without being to pushy, they kept in touch, and abreast of our progress. When I was finally in a position to put the house on the market, all the communication was done by phone and email. At all times I found them very helpful and prompt in replying to my messages, no matter who I spoke to in the office. They kept me informed of who was visiting the property, and when, gave regular feedback. When there was a minor issue, they proved to be very proactive in helping move things along.
