Definitely would never sell or buy through these agents. Arrogant, untrustworthy, underhanded and unprofessional. If you don't complete in SEVEN weeks they will sell to someone else without warning. From other negative reviews it seems like this company actively encourages gazumping and does not care about buyers at all or any financial loss suffered. This practice only adds stress to an already difficult process, prioritizing personal financial gain over fairness. (Please refer to the other negative reviews for similar experiences.)
They also Charge for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks when many other agents do not, and refusing to refund when sales fall through, comes across as a predatory practice aimed at profiting from unfortunate circumstances
Having dealt with numerous agents for many years, I have never felt the need to write a negative review.

As you were made aware when your offer was accepted, all of our properties remain fully advertised as available for sale until certain checkpoints in the transaction are reached. Your offer was accepted on July 17, 2024, and written confirmation was sent to you reconfirming our processes, which were also discussed on a telephone call
As of today, September 5, 2024, no progress on the purchase, both legally and financially, has been made. Your chosen solicitor failed to respond to any communication with us or the seller's solicitor, despite our constant efforts to contact you and your solicitor to advise of the urgency of this transaction.
The seller has now decided to accept an alternative offer from a party who had previously shown interest in the property. Had any progress been made from your side, the seller might have made a different decision. We do not profit from unfortunate circumstances; we follow the correct procedures to abide by anti-money laundering regulations.
We sympathize that you may now face some financial loss due to this decision. However, we cannot apologise for following our company processes and acting in the best interest of our clients, who decided not to continue with a transaction that showed no progress in eight weeks.
