On the day the seller decided to withdraw the property from the market, a staff member informed you. At that time, you mentioned you were urgently looking for another property due to personal circumstances, and we recommended alternatives via the same staff member. Had you not informed us of your urgent need for another property at the time of the withdrawal, we would not have recommended alternative properties for you.
