Not even sure where to start and who to praise first! Came across one of their properties, called to book a viewing, everything went smooth and easy with follow up emails and text messages ( amazing if you have a busy life ! ). The day before viewing the property they told me they have another property within my budget just around the corner and they suggested a viewing which i accepted. Viewing the property i booked myself for i was disappointed as it wasnt for me but when i walked into the property they recommended it was the ideal one! Things are only getting better now… On the day of the viewing i ve submitted my offer, couple of hours later got accepted and then slowly they worked their magic: - couple of extra viewings - excellent communication via email with same day ( most times ) or next day responses - helped with viewings for contractors to check the property for future works while i was abroad with work - chased up sellers solicitors and kept me in the loop on latest updates and what was needed from my solicitors Now with exchange done and heading into completion i wish to say thank you not only to Reece who is the Brand manager and Charley who was dealing with the processing of the deal but to all the staff that accommodated my late viewings and text messages updates Thank you all
