Arranged property viewing and was told i have to show my mortgage in principle, which i sent by email. Following receipt i was told to speak to Robinson Michael mortgage advisor and i declined because i already have mortgage agreed with NatWest. I was then told that viewing cannot be arranged. I find this unprofessional and disgusting. Why do i have to use your mortgage advisor before i can arrange for viewing. No one should release their confidential mortgage details to this estate agent because they are looking for business.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
