Awful experience! Do not use. Unprofessional and obstructive. They wouldn't pass on offers to vendor, they demanded to see deeds to house I was selling as proof of ability to pay. They had their own agenda and tried every trick to put me off. Even vendor was fed up with them n gave me his mobile number so we could communicate directly. I gave up n bought a different house with purple bricks who were brilliant by comparison.
